this would be kinda what we wanna know in an application
- name (nickname on urt or other games)
-server u play on
-how u got this site
-hobbies
-what time u play at
-what days u play
-and why u wanna join our clan (could be simple answer like "cuz im looking for a nice clan to join"

After you make the application the clan will make a poll and decide if you will enter the clan or not.
